We’re hiring a Social Media Manager with video editing and podcast experience to lead our digital presence and help tell the Neo Legal story through engaging, high-quality content. Key Responsibilities: Create and edit engaging short-form and long-form video content (for Tik Tok, You Tube, Reels, etc.) Manage and grow all Neo Legal social media channels (Linked In, X/Twitter, Tik Tok, Instagram) Plan, produce, and manage the firm’s legal and crypto-focused podcast (guests, topics, editing) Develop and execute content calendars, marketing campaigns , and brand materials Collaborate with lawyers to translate legal content into digestible formats for founders, VCs, and startups Create graphics, carousels, infographics, and brand decks using Canva or Adobe tools Track performance metrics, growth KPIs, and engagement You Should Have: Strong experience in video editing (Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere, or similar) Deep understanding of social media trends , especially on Tik Tok and Linked In Knowledge of podcast production (audio + visual) Bonus: Experience with crypto, tech, or startup content Bonus: Eye for design and strong branding instinct Why Join Neo Legal?
