We are establishing a new team and seeking an experienced designer who is ready to step up, build and manage their own team, and grow the business in the EMEA region. Job Summary: As a Studio Director specializing in ARCHITECTURE AND INTERIORS of hospitality design, you will lead and oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring exceptional quality and creativity. You will also help develop business in the EMEA Region. Your expertise and passion for creating captivating, functional, and inviting spaces will be instrumental in shaping the guest experience within hotels, restaurants, and other hospitality venues. Responsibilities include client-facing roles, design pitches, presentations, business development, and project management. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize and develop architecture and interior design concepts aligning with client visions and project goals. Develop master plans, mood boards, sketches, and proposals to communicate ideas effectively. Lead the design team through detailed design development and space planning. Actively develop new client relationships in the EMEA region to expand Studio HBA's presence. Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor or Master degree in Architecture 15+ years of experience in hospitality projects (masterplanning, architecture & interior) A portfolio of hospitality masterplanning, architecture & interior projects Proven experience managing and nurturing a design team Experience in business development Related project experience in the Middle East is mandatory Proficiency in Illustrator, In Design, Photoshop, Auto CAD, Revit (preferred but not mandatory) Fluent in English Additional Skills: Strong conceptualization and presentation skills Design flair and love of art Responsibility and ability to meet deadlines Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Portfolio showcasing diverse hospitality projects Teamwork and good communication skills If you are ready for a rewarding career in luxury hospitality design with us, please send your CV and design portfolio (PDF, < 15MB) .
