This role is vital in handling the day-to-day operational aspects of client accounts, tracking account performance, and coordinating with internal departments to deliver seamless service. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and customer-oriented with a keen understanding of account coordination and support. Responsibilities: Assist in managing client accounts and addressing day-to-day queries. Support account managers in preparing presentations, reports, and proposals. Track account activities, KPIs, and ensure timely follow-ups with clients. Coordinate internal communications between departments for project delivery. Maintain accurate records of client communications and transactions. Help resolve client issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Monitor contract renewals, invoicing, and payment tracking. Participate in meetings and provide insights on client performance. Conduct research to support client pitches and strategic planning. Gather client feedback and identify opportunities for account growth. Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 1 3 years of experience in account coordination, sales support, or customer service. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite; CRM experience is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving.
