Technical & Non-technical hiring Job Description : Job Title : Client Partner / Sales Director Location : Dubai, UAE Role Overview : This is a senior, high-impact role responsible for owning the end-to-end sales, account management, and client relationship strategy for du, driving business growth across our services portfolio. This role requires a dynamic leader with deep understanding of the telecom sector in UAE , a strong local network, and a proven track record of managing complex, multi-tower deals. Key Responsibilities : Account Leadership : Act as the single point of ownership for HCLTech’s business with du, building trusted relationships at CXO and senior leadership levels . Strategic Growth : Drive account planning and execution, identifying growth opportunities across IT, Cloud, Digital, Engineering, and Operations services . Farming & Hunting : Lead both farming existing engagements and hunting for new service lines, logos, and whitespace within du and its ecosystem. Client Advisory : Serve as a strategic advisor to the client, bringing innovative ideas, thought leadership, and relevant HCLTech offerings to address du’s transformation priorities. Commercial Ownership : Lead deal shaping, contract negotiations, and P&L management for the account. Cross-functional Collaboration : Orchestrate internal teams across delivery, solutioning, practices, and leadership to ensure client success and satisfaction. Ecosystem Engagement : Leverage partnerships, alliances, and local ecosystem connects to strengthen HCLTech’s positioning and influence within du. Desired Profile : 10+ years of experience in strategic account management, sales, or client partner roles, with a strong focus on telecom sector accounts . Proven success managing large, complex accounts, preferably with du, Etisalat, or other major telcos in the MEA region . Strong CXO-level engagement capabilities with the ability to articulate value in digital, IT, cloud, and engineering services. Established network within the UAE telecom sector and deep knowledge of the local business culture . Entrepreneurial, outcome-driven mindset with strong sales discipline and negotiation skills .
