Senior-Director Level Your Mission As Director Business Development, you will be the driving force behind our commercial success in MENA. From identifying high-value opportunities to closing major deals, you will own and execute the regional growth roadmap with a key focus on the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities: Develop and lead the go-to-market and growth strategy for MENA, aligned with global leadership and regional nuances. Identify and secure high-impact partnerships with developers, institutional investors, government stakeholders, and ecosystem leaders. Create market-entry plans and deal pipelines that generate long-term revenue and market share. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (strategy, product, marketing, legal) to tailor offerings for local relevance and scalability. Manage the full business development lifecycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing. Serve as the local face of the brand, representing the company at industry events, forums, and in high-level negotiations. Provide market intelligence and insights to inform global decision-making and innovation. Who You Are: 7-10 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, preferably within Real Estate Portals/Marketplaces, real estate, investment, or B2B Saa S. Proven track record in market expansion, deal structuring, and cultivating executive-level client relationships. Strong understanding of the MENA business environment and regulatory landscape, particularly in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Sharp commercial acumen, consultative selling skills, and a growth-driven, entrepreneurial mindset. Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a major plus.
