Sales Executive Job Description We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Achieving Sales Targets: Independently meet sales goals through proactive business development and effective sales strategies. Product Demonstration and Training: Conduct engaging product demos and training sessions to showcase our software solutions to potential clients. Lead Generation: Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) via targeted outreach, networking, and other lead generation activities. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from lead generation to deal closure. CRM Management: Keep accurate and current records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities. Requirements Qualifications: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Willingness to travel. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT software sales in the assigned region. Educational background in Business Management; a Computer Science background is a plus. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.
