At least 1 year of experience in the spa or hospitality industry. Experience in a resort or wellness-related field. A Spa Therapist is responsible for providing professional treatments such as body and facial treatments, massages, home care advice, and facility tours. Maintaining safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction in accordance with company standards is essential. What will I be doing As a Spa Therapist, your responsibilities include: Attending Hilton trainings and departmental meetings. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Reporting maintenance issues. Assisting in all operational areas as requested. Staying informed about current and upcoming services. Adhering to the departmental budget to maximize revenue and minimize expenses. Providing efficient guest service, managing appointments, and upselling retail. Scheduling and confirming massage reservations accurately. Processing billing and reporting discrepancies. Explaining spa treatments and packages to guests. Greeting guests and staff professionally. Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of locker rooms, lounges, and restrooms. Ensuring beverages and stations are stocked. Assisting guests and providing personal training sessions if needed. Maintaining fitness equipment and coordinating with service representatives.
