Category Manager Assistant - Intern

CATEGORY MANAGER ASSISTANT - INTERNSHIP You will be part of the Fragrance and Beauty marketing team. Reporting to the Category Manager, you will contribute to the development of the Fragrance & Beauty division. PRODUCT MANAGEMENT (Beauty business of Chanel Middle East) Assist with category management of the 3 axes (Fragrances, Skin Care, and Make Up): Update the marketing calendar with the latest changes and reflect them in the assortment. Prepare semestrial novelties booklet and assets. Monthly update of E-Retail assortment by sharing novelties' assets with the digital team. Consolidate the 360° overview of key campaigns. SALES ANALYSIS Share monthly sales reports with Europe for E-retail. Share campaign feedbacks with Europe (qualitative & quantitative). Conduct sales analysis. MARKET INTELLIGENCE Develop bi-monthly newsletters about competitors. Prepare analytics on key launches/products, including trends, price positioning, 360°, packaging, and VM focus. FORECASTS Support monthly forecasts for novelties. Coordinate with countries and consolidate feedback. Enter forecasts into the system and follow up with the operations team. REQUIREMENTS Successful first experience in Operational Marketing, especially in luxury brands. Passionate about Fragrance & Beauty (F&B), with strong analytical skills for advanced analysis and data interpretation. Attention to detail, organizational skills, positivity, and curiosity are essential. Proficiency in English, Excel, and Power Point is required. Internship based in Dubai. #J-18808-Ljbffr
