We're seeking an experienced and outstanding member of staff. Job Responsibilities Operate, maintain, and monitor primarily all VSAT and Global Networking infrastructure systems within the confines of the NOC. Provide professional technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of all remote sites. Provide continuity of pending tasks to the next shift. Shall not leave his workplace until a clear and concise understanding of handover has taken place. Adhere to all instructions originating from the reporting manager and smoothly translate these instructions without prejudice and contradiction to the overall NOC upkeep. Inform and update all matters and problems relating to 3rd party Telco providers, Satellite Operators, etc. Keep, maintain, control, and monitor all hardware/software tools, test instruments, work materials, and equipment utilized in every technical operation; be answerable for all missing, mishandled, and misused assets of the NOC operation. Must Have Bachelor or Higher Degree in Electronics and Communications 2 years experience in the Satellite Industry Excellent Communication Skills Behavioural Expectations Well Disciplined Can follow instructions well and be flexible Excellent communication skills to handle customers well What We Offer A great culture with an employee-centric approach.
