As Ecommerce Assistant , you’ll play a crucial role in helping us get products ready to launch across new marketplaces and our own websites. You’ll be working closely with the wider e Commerce and merchandising teams to complete product listing templates, prepare and format product information, and support the smooth launch of new stores and ranges. You'll also lend a hand with customer support tasks, review analysis, and other day-to-day admin activities that keep everything ticking behind the scenes. You'll make use of AI tools to work more efficiently — from generating and refining product descriptions, to automating elements of review analysis and data collection. Location: Dubai, UAE Key Responsibilities Product & Store Launch Support Support the completion of product listing templates (titles, descriptions, features, images etc.) for new product launches and marketplace/store expansions. Ensure information is accurately formatted and ready for upload to platforms such as Mirakl, Shopify, and others. Work closely with internal teams to gather and cross-check key product details for each launch. Carry out daily QA checks across live listings and stores, flagging and correcting any inconsistencies, errors or missing content. Use AI-powered tools to assist in crafting clear, well-translated, and optimised product descriptions Review data collection support: Help collect and compile customer review data across multiple platforms. Aggregate and organise this information to assist the wider team with customer insights and trend analysis. Leverage AI to streamline sentiment analysis and highlight common customer feedback themes Admin & Customer Care: Support the team with ad-hoc admin tasks such as data entry, file organisation, and information updates. Provide light-touch customer service support, responding to enquiries and helping resolve simple customer queries. Other ad hoc admin tasks in the UAE office as requested. #J-18808-Ljbffr
