The ideal candidate will be responsible for advising clients on business setup, growth strategies, compliance, and operational improvements in the UAE market. You will play a key role in understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring a smooth business setup or expansion process. Key Responsibilities: Consult clients on business setup options (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore) in the UAE. Provide end-to-end support during the company formation process including licensing, visa processing, and banking. Develop tailored business plans and market entry strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and government entities (DED, MOHRE, Immigration, etc.). Stay updated with UAE laws, regulations, and economic trends. Collaborate with internal departments (PRO, legal, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth client onboarding. Prepare proposals, feasibility reports, and cost estimates. Attend networking events and represent the company in professional forums. Meet sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction. Desired Candidate Profile Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Minimum 2–3 years experience in business consultancy or company formation in the UAE. In-depth knowledge of UAE business setup regulations. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
