* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets. * Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B and B2C clients. * Promote tour packages and travel services to domestic and international markets. * Lead and manage the sales team to ensure optimal performance. * Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. * Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and handle client queries efficiently. * Prepare sales reports and forecast revenue growth. Desired Candidate Profile * Minimum 6 years of experience in sales within the tours and travel industry. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. * In-depth knowledge of travel packages, destinations, and booking systems. * Ability to work independently and lead a team. * Immediate joiners will be given preference.
