Your Role As a QA/QC Coordinator, you will: Core Job Functions: Quality Management System QA/QC: Implement and monitor QA/QC activities. Dashboards: Track QA/QC status with Power BI. Meetings: Lead QA/QC meetings. Submittals Management EDMS: Manage submittals electronically. Schedule: Ensure timely submittals. Review: Check submittals and qualifications. Inspections and Tests Schedule: Plan and update inspections. Digital Platform: Use for inspections. Compliance: Ensure tests meet specs. Project Closeout Documentation: Handle closeout documents. Snagging: Complete snagging on time. Training & Reporting Training: Provide necessary training. Reporting: Report issues and use dashboards. What We’re Looking For Qualifications : B.Eng. degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Experience : 10+ years as a QA/QC Engineer in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of the building construction industry Excellent analytical and communication skills Proficiency in data management and analytics A passion for quality, with a positive, can-do attitude What We Offer The chance to contribute to some of the United Arab Emirates most iconic projects.
