About the Role We are looking for an Associate to join our Corporate Advisory team. This role involves end-to-end assistance with government-related processes and administrative support within the department. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating PRO services such as submitting and collecting documents from government authorities, assisting with visa processing, handling document attestations, and supporting the internal team with record-keeping and basic documentation. Key Responsibilities Submitting and collecting documents at government departments, Free Zones, and mainland authorities for company formation, visa processes, and other business services. Assisting with visa applications including employment, investor, dependent, and Golden Visas. Supporting the process of document attestation and legalization through embassies and UAE authorities (MOFA, Notary Public, etc.). Coordinating the issuance and renewal of Tax Residency Certificates. Updating client records and key data in the company’s ERP system in a timely and accurate manner. Assisting the team in preparing and issuing invoices and internal documentation like board resolutions, appointment letters, and power of attorney documents. Ensuring timely tracking of visa, license and document expiry dates for renewal or cancellation processes. Providing general support to team members across the department as required for day-to-day operations. About You: Key Attributes Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy. Professional and reliable with the ability to handle sensitive documents and deadlines. Clear and confident communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Flexible, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to work on-site, visit government offices when needed, and handle time-sensitive requests. Key Experience Parameters Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in a similar role involving PRO support, admin, or government liaison tasks in the UAE. Sound understanding of UAE government procedures, including Free Zone and Mainland company formation, visa issuance, and attestation processes. Familiarity with portals such as MOHRE, GDRFA, Free Zone systems, and the Federal Tax Authority (for TRCs).
