Job Purpose: Responsible for all Front Office activities including reception, check-in/out, rooming of guests, foreign exchange, and handling inquiries. Oversee Guest Relations to ensure maximum guest satisfaction, personally greet VIP guests, and foster future visits. Coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent service. Manage all aspects of the Concierge to ensure guest satisfaction. Ensure Maison Host coverage at all times, fully equipped and operational Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality Update guest information in Opera during check-in Organize and file registration documents properly Regularly review Routing Instruction Reports and attach necessary backups Participate in daily briefings and monthly meetings Anticipate and assist with guest needs Manage traces in Opera for arrivals and departures Escort guests to rooms, explaining features and facilities Maximize room revenue through upselling and rate management Handle cashiering duties including foreign currency exchange Ensure cash float is balanced and secure Minimize rebates with proper justification and documentation Perform additional duties as assigned by management Qualifications and Experiences: At least 2 years’ experience in Front Office or Guest Service, preferably in a 5-star hotel with over 300 rooms Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Proficiency in English and Arabic, both verbal and written Knowledge of Microsoft Office and OPERA PMS Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Customer Service Industries Hospitality Referrals can double your chances of interview success at DAMAC Hotels & Resorts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
