Provide information about services/products and handle basic inquiries. Log interactions and maintain accurate call records. Resolve basic concerns or route them to the appropriate department. Ensure prompt, courteous, and high-quality service to clients and candidates. Source profiles through job portals and social media platforms. Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain applicant tracking sheets and follow up on interview feedback. Support onboarding coordination and documentation for selected candidates. Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills. Exhibit excellent interpersonal and coordination abilities. Have basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Eagerness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities. Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any stream. Ideal Candidate: Fresh graduate or with up to 1 year of experience in customer service or recruitment. Confident communicator with a customer-centric and people-focused approach. Comfortable handling phone-based interactions and multitasking.
