Role Description We are seeking a Project Sales Specialist (Outdoor) to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role, focused on high-end project sales in luxury building materials. You will work closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers to provide bespoke solutions and drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage clients, consultants, contractors, and developers to understand project requirements and deliver tailored presentations on our product offerings. Build a robust network within the design and construction industry to specify Casamia products for luxury projects. Cultivate long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches to provide insights to stakeholders. Key Requirements Experience: Proven sales experience in luxury building materials such as sanitaryware, tiles, kitchens, furniture, wardrobes, lighting, or other high-end finishes . Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with project sales processes, including specifying products for architects, consultants, and contractors. Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is a must. Skills: Proficiency in sales and project management, with exceptional communication and customer service skills. Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Passion: A strong interest in design and luxury products, with an ability to convey their value to clients.
