Job Description Deal Sourcing & Analysis: Identifying promising startups, conducting market research, and evaluating investment opportunities. Due Diligence: Assessing financials, business models, and competitive landscapes. Investment Execution: Supporting the deal process, from term sheet negotiations to closing. Portfolio Management: Working closely with founders to provide strategic and operational support. Incubation Support: Assisting in the development of new ventures within the firm's incubation ecosystem. The Successful Applicant 1-3 years of experience in Venture Capital Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial modeling and valuation. Strong presentation skills A self-starter mindset, able to take initiative and work independently. A deep passion for early-stage tech startups and the venture ecosystem. Prior experience working in VC is a must. Already based in the UAE with full working rights.
