This roleinvolves lead generation, direct sales, customer relationship management, andmentoring junior sales staff to drive business growth.Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Promote and sell credit cards, personal loans, and otherbanking products to individual and business customers.Identify and approach high-potential clients throughvarious sales channels, including field sales, referrals, and networking.Conduct in-depth financial assessments to recommendsuitable banking products.Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and keyperformance indicators (KPIs).Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a steady pipeline of potentialcustomers through networking, referrals, and market research.Follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and conductface-to-face meetings.Utilize CRM tools to track sales progress and updatecustomer information.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers toenhance loyalty and retention.Provide exceptional after-sales support and addresscustomer inquiries or concerns.Offer financial guidance to customers on responsiblecredit usage and banking solutions.Mentoring & Team Collaboration: Guide and support junior sales executives in achieving theirtargets.Share best practices, sales techniques, and marketinsights with team members.Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing andcustomer support to enhance sales efforts.Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all sales activities adhere to bank policies,regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.Accurately collect and verify customer documents forprocessing.Maintain proper records of sales transactions andcustomer interactions.Market Awareness &Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on banking products, services, and industrytrends.Monitor competitor offerings and provide insights toimprove sales strategies.
