Designer Cum Sales

Meet with potential clients to understand project requirements and present design concepts and solutions. Develop and present design proposals, mood boards, material samples, and 2D/3D visuals. Prepare layouts, drawings, and BOQs in coordination with the estimation and technical teams. Manage project sales from lead generation through to closing and handover. Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and ongoing referrals. Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure client expectations are met. Stay updated with design trends, material innovations, and competitor offerings. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in interior design and sales. Strong portfolio of residential/commercial interior design work. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop, MS Office , and/or other design tools. Ability to prepare and present design and sales proposals effectively.
