About the Role In this position, you will leverage your technical expertise, stakeholder management skills, and experience guiding cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle. You will work closely with developers, designers, and leadership to define roadmaps, set requirements, and launch new products. Responsibilities Product Development & Roadmap: Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch analysis, including defining user stories and managing backlogs. Technical Expertise: Translate complex technical concepts into clear requirements, evaluate solutions, and prioritize features based on feasibility, impact, and value. Market Research: Conduct customer discovery to understand and articulate the product's value proposition. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure successful delivery. Quality & Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of features that meet quality standards, organizing testing and feedback cycles. Experience & Skills: 5+ years in product management, including at least 3 years in a technical role; excellent communication skills; proficiency in agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Asana; strong understanding of microservices, P2P systems, Java Script, and related frameworks; organizational skills for managing multiple priorities; experience with KPIs, A/B testing, and AI/P2P projects is a plus; hands-on Java Script development experience (Node.js, React, Angular) is a plus.
