Join to apply for the IT Field Support role at Dicetek LLC Responsibilities Proactively resolve software and hardware problems through on-site support or remote assistance by liaising with the central IT support helpdesk within a limited timeframe to ensure client satisfaction. Liaise with network engineers to provide suitable network access and implement changes as per business requirements and set procedures. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to resolve issues according to SLA agreements. Assist in implementing IT business applications across DHRE, providing relevant information for seamless execution during the implementation phase. Gather business information for IT requirements and prepare primary reports for the team. Contribute to developing knowledge databases to document common issues, responses, and solutions faced by users. Maintain accurate monthly inventory of all company IT equipment and prepare inventory reports. Handle preventive maintenance of all IT equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth business operations. Provide oversight and guidance to the team to resolve ongoing IT operational issues. Oversee and reconcile email account licenses. Analyze and process business requirements for IT infrastructure, including site setup, changes, and cancellations, covering site surveys, Bo Q, service requests, internet, cabling, devices, and communications. Ensure the security and privacy of networks and computer systems. Experience and Requirements 1-4 years of relevant experience. UAE Driver's License with a car is required to support site offices.
