Description

We are looking for a responsible team member to perform a variety of HR and administrative tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general HR & Administrative activities. Job Description: Resolving and preparing Employee issues and Employee related Documents. Maintaining and monitoring Employee Insurances and other employee benefits. Maintaining and monitoring Employee Attendance / Leaves / Leave Salary / Gratuity / Other Allowances. Co-ordinate in Preparation and submission of Payroll. Processing and verifying employee expenses / Purchase Requests. Assist in Audit and documentation. Preparation of JD for approvals, Advertising Vacant Positions, and managing the recruitment process. Conducting Interviews for New JOB Vacancies. Preparation of Offer letters and filing. Maintaining Employee Personal Files. PMS process and completion. Staff engagement activities. Staff grievance handling. Assisting the PRO in documentation for GOV. related works. Documentation related to Adnoc approvals, Dry run and CV updates of Trainers. Co-ordination with IT dept for the infrastructure support. Liaison with landlords on renewals. Vehicle arrangements and Maintenance. Co-ordinate with the departments for Admin & HR functions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
