Job Title: Assistant Relationship Manager - RNPL Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries on support channels. Assist, educate, and onboard customers onto the RNPL platform. Follow onboarding processes for tenants onto CRM and coordinate with the admin team for documentation. Address and resolve tenant and landlord inquiries professionally and promptly. Support tenant move-in and move-out processes for smooth transitions. Assist in negotiating and executing lease agreements with tenants and landlords. Desired Skills: Effective communication and relationship management skills. Ability to analyze data and prepare reports. Proficiency with digital property management tools and platforms. Strong customer service orientation focused on tenant and landlord satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field. Experience in customer service or administrative roles within real estate or property management. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency with property management software and CRM systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to collaborate across teams. Proficiency in Arabic and English.
