Draftsman - F&B

Driven to create unique home-grown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE-based hospitality company with multiple concepts under it’s umbrella – SALT, Switch, Parker’s, Grind, Somewhere and Public. We are currently seeking an Architectural Draftsman for our Design department. Working as part of a multi-functional team, you will be responsible for producing detailed designs for our restaurants and projects. Some of the key requirements will include the following: Preparing and developing architectural detailing Coordinate with the design team to integrate concepts and specifications Be active on site to ensure designs are being adhered to To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, specifically in an F&B or Hospitality environments or with extensive F&B experience. Excellent English communication skills are essential, as is experience with packages such as Auto Cad, Sketch up etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr
