We are seeking a Treasury specialist to join our dynamic finance team in Dubai. This key role involves leading treasury strategies, optimizing cash management, maintaining global banking relationships, and improving working capital. The ideal candidate will have proven treasury experience, providing strategic financial insights while ensuring compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities: Treasury Strategies: Advise finance leadership on liquidity for short and long-term planning Design and implement forex hedging policies and procedures Recommend cash management structures to optimize cash flows Maintain policies and procedures controlling treasury activities and regulatory reporting Develop structures to collaborate with budgeting, shared services, and business partners to enhance working capital Coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain an adequate capital structure aligned with business, tax, and regulatory requirements Banking Operations: Manage domestic and international banking relationships Oversee banking contracts, account managers, and authorized signatories Operate and transact with various banking partners via net banking Liaise with bank relationship managers to resolve issues and support business needs Cash Flow Management: Collaborate with budgeting and business teams to project cash flows Ensure availability of funds for operational and capital needs Reporting: Prepare periodic reports on cash utilization and forecasts Support the accounting team during month-end close activities The Person: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; a Master's or relevant certification is a plus 4+ years experience in treasury, finance, or forecasting Understanding of financial markets, instruments, and risk management Proficiency in financial analysis and forecasting models Knowledge of treasury management systems and banking platforms Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and in a team Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance Additional Capabilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Goal-oriented with KPIs and career motivation Our Promise to Talent: We empower our employees, called creators, to move fast, be bold, and make impactful contributions in a fast-growing, talent-centric organization.
