Our client, a Global American Beverage Manufacturing company is looking to hire a Field Marketing Manager –based in Dubai. Department : Marketing Reports To : Group Chief Marketing Officer Job Purpose The Field Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving brand relevance among youth audiences in the UAE. This role leads local marketing efforts that are culturally attuned, community-driven, and exceptionally sharp. From digital to grassroots, you'll ensure the brand remains visible, vibrant, and deeply connected to key cultural touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the UAE marketing plan aligned with global brand identity. Lead campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, social, influencer, and experiential platforms. Maintain a dynamic content and activation calendar to fuel brand momentum. 2. Cultural Integration & Community Engagement Champion the brand within sports, music, gaming, drift, and street culture communities. Identify and engage with underground scenes and emerging subcultures. Build long-term relationships with local organizers, creatives, and micro-influencers. 3. Influencer & Opinion‑Leader Activation Curate and manage a network of athletes, artists, creators, and tastemakers. Oversee campaign development—from briefing and content planning to execution and analytics. Ensure authenticity and engagement while staying true to brand values. 4. Partnerships, Sampling & Grassroots Activations Initiate partnerships with local platforms, venues, and event organizers. Plan and execute targeted sampling and real-world brand experiences. Create disruptive engagement formats that drive organic buzz and visibility. 5. Agency & Budget Management Lead relationships with creative, digital, sampling, and PR agencies. Manage the UAE marketing budget, tracking spends, ROI, and key performance indicators. Consolidate campaign reporting and share learnings across the wider team. Field Marketing Manager – Global Energy Drink - MNC Collaborate with Sales to execute joint in-store activations and field marketing programs. Ensure the brand experience is well-represented across retail environments. Align initiatives with business goals to deliver measurable impact. Monitor cultural trends, digital behavior, and competitor activity in the UAE. Deliver insights to support strategic planning and market positioning. Act as the cultural barometer, keeping the brand in sync with its audience Candidate Profile Requirement Experience in 4–6 years of marketing experience in beverage, lifestyle, entertainment, or youth-driven industries. Expertise in influencer programs, grassroots engagement, and integrated campaign delivery. Strong connections within UAE’s creative, cultural, and event scenes. Confident in project management, agency handling, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Fluent in English (required); Arabic is a strong advantage. Frequent travel across the UAE; occasional international trips based on business needs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
