Account Support: Manage a portfolio of partner accounts, acting as a key point of contact to support their growth. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partner performance data to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks. Growth Initiatives: Assist in planning and executing initiatives such as menu optimization, promotions, upselling strategies, and operational improvements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth rollout and impact of growth plans. Insights & Reporting: Prepare regular reports and share actionable insights with internal stakeholders and partners. Partner Communication: Maintain strong, professional relationships with partners by providing proactive support and recommendations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in account management, growth, consulting, or similar roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools. Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
