Service Technician

Join our team as a Service Technician at Ali & Sons Holding LLC and contribute to automotive excellence! Key Responsibilities: Perform minor service maintenance according to MG guidelines and SOPs. Repair or replace worn parts as specified in job orders. Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) on vehicles. Use Vehicle Diagnostic Systems (VDS) to read and clear fault codes. Assist repair and diagnostic technicians as needed. Stay updated with automotive technologies through ongoing training. Maintain tools and inventory. Document tasks clearly, noting safety issues. Follow procedures for clocking in/out of job orders. Coordinate with Workshop Controller and Parts Advisor. Adhere to SOPs and instructions from superiors. Maintain professionalism and appearance. Keep work area clean and organized. Follow health and safety regulations. Requirements: High Diploma in Mechanics. At least 1 year of relevant experience. Brand Advanced Technician Qualification Certification. Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency preferred. Computer literate. Familiarity with communication systems preferred.
