Description
Expected to assist associates of all levels on research of laws and judgments Perform legal research, checking facts, gathering client information and evidence and completing paperwork Assist associates of all levels with drafting formal legal documents, such as contracts and pleadings, as well as correspondence with clients and other parties Expected to prepare standard legal documents for matters as and when requested Keeps client files organised and up to date in paper and/or electronic format Expected to assist the Head of Department/Partner in monitoring and coordinating work between associates by preparing client consolidation reports Responsible to liaise and finalize with marketing on new laws and regulation articles to be published in ‘Law Update’ Translation of documents from Arabic to English and vice versa Informing clients on court hearing updates Assisting in Po A processes, Engagement letters and other various admin duties. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role Previous experience must be from a legal firm or legal department Working knowledge of research techniques Regional GCC experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
