Project Engineer Fit-Out (DM PERMIT)

We're looking for a skilled Project Engineer holding Dubai Municipality License to join our team. If you're passionate about delivering high-impact projects and thrive in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you. Experience: - Minimum 07 years of experience in Interior design fit-out + Civil + MEP projects in the UAE. -Dubai Municipality License Holder. -Minimum 5-7 years of Experience with reputable United Arab Emirates contracting company (mention as required qualification and question to ask) must be experienced in Civil, structural, Interior fitout & MEP trades. -Experience in handling structural Engineering issues, load calculations etc will be considered as an added advantage. - Experience in Interior fit-out of high end residential, commercial projects is MUST . - MEP experience and knowledge is preferable. -Expert experience to interpret shop drawings, material submittals, and specifications to guide on-site activities accurately. Education: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. Project Management: - Proven experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
