Job Overview We are hiring a Service Utilization & Patient Engagement Officer to drive patient engagement initiatives that directly impact service utilization across our growing footprint. This is a mid-level role designed for candidates who can think both strategically and operationally combining data insights with patient engagement strategies to increase service usage, primarily for our Concierge offering . About the Role The officer will lead and execute cross-functional campaigns aimed at improving patient engagement and repeat utilization. Working closely with marketing, commercial, and operations teams, this role will identify low-engagement cohorts and tailor programs to boost service interaction. A strong command of data tools like Excel and Power BI is critical, as is the ability to coordinate seamlessly across teams. The primary KPI for this role will be to increase service utilization from 1% to 3% . Key Responsibilities Design and implement patient engagement strategies across multiple channels (educational drives, onsite events, reminders, etc.) Collaborate with marketing, operations, and commercial teams to ensure integrated execution of campaigns Use tools like Excel and Power BI to track utilization metrics, identify trends, and propose data-backed engagement interventions Segment patients by utilization behavior and design tailored programs for under-engaged cohorts Drive continuous improvement of patient touchpoints and retention efforts Report campaign performance and patient feedback to leadership on a regular basis Requirements Who We’re Looking For Candidates passionate about improving patient experience and healthcare delivery Individuals who thrive in a cross-functional , fast-paced, and mission-driven environment Someone with strong analytical skills who enjoys turning data into actionable insights A team player with great communication and project management abilities What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in marketing, healthcare management, business analytics, or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in data-driven or consumer-facing sectors (e.g. healthcare, telecom, e-commerce, health tech) Proficiency in Excel and / or Power BI for performance tracking and reporting Experience in campaign management or healthcare marketing is an advantage Comfort working with both data and people viz., able to interpret trends and align execution accordingly What We Offer : Competitive Compensation : A salary and benefits package that rewards your expertise and contributions.
