Role Purpose To create an unforgettable, world-class customer experience at Al Hamra Cellar—making it the top destination in the UAE for fine wine and spirits. Focus on building a network of high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) and high-spending customers, while driving pre-sales of rare and exceptional bottles. Support the Store Manager to ensure seamless store operations and memorable customer interactions. Key Responsibilities: Build a network of HNWI and high spenders, especially around Fine Wine, Champagne, Hennessy, Premium Rum/Tequila, and Malts Coordinate and communicate online and pre-orders for availability and collection Ensure pre-sale of exceptional bottles Attend dinners and customer events across NE/Dubai as required Support retail team in-store when needed Handle the entire customer purchase lifecycle, including in-store, online, remote payments, engraving, and collection agreements Manage stock levels and make key decisions on stock orders and availability Align with Fine Wine team, Malt Category Manager, and Customer Relationship Manager Prepare monthly reports on the Fine Wine & Spirits customer base and feedback Required Qualifications & Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in high-end retail or luxury marketing Effective networking with high-net-worth clients, strong sales, and relationship management skills Passion for curating a premium shopping environment, from store displays to back-of-house operations Familiarity with Wines and Spirits sector What we offer Join a team of industry experts committed to creating memorable experiences.
