Expires in 2 months Scope: To oversee and optimize the company's financial operations, ensuring robust cash flow management, accurate financial reporting, and compliance with IFRS. This role includes preparing and presenting budgets, driving strategic initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions, and implementing effective controls for accounts payable and stock management. The Finance Manager will also lead a diverse team, providing strategic financial insights to guide the company’s growth and enhance overall financial performance. Key Responsibilities: Cash Flow Management: Develop and maintain procedures for recording and updating cash flow. Implement credit policies to safeguard interests and advise the sales team on credit terms. Accounting Supervision: Oversee accounts functions, ensuring IFRS compliance and accurate reporting. Accounts Payable Control: Ensure timely, compliant payments to prevent disputes and fines. Budget Preparation: Collaborate with the General Manager to prepare and present the annual budget for approval. Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements and MIS reports for management review. Cash Flow Forecasting: Forecast future payments and receivables to maintain adequate cash flow. Strategic Contributions: Support mergers, acquisitions, and consolidations with financial insights. Error Review and Correction: Investigate and correct financial discrepancies, establishing reliable transaction systems. Stock Audit Supervision: Oversee stock audits, implement variance prevention measures, and report findings. Stock Loss Control: Minimize stock loss through analysis and collaboration, ensuring asset management. Performance Analysis: Analyze costs, pricing, and sales, comparing actuals to plans. Cost Reduction: Recommend measures to reduce costs and improve financial outcomes. Forecasting and Modeling: Conduct business studies and develop forecast models. Trend Identification: Detect financial trends and advise on strategic actions. Financial Analysis: Assess financial status via actual vs. forecast comparisons. Strategic Consultation: Guide management on long-term decisions. Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance financial processes and policies. Skills: Degree in Finance or Commerce, with CA/ACCA/CPA/ICWAI qualifications. 10+ years in finance or accounting, including 4+ years in management within manufacturing. Experience in M&A and business consolidations. Strong IFRS and financial management knowledge. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP. Leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage a diverse team. Education: Degree in Finance or Accounts, with professional qualifications.
