UAE National - Corporate Paralegal

This is a high-impact role contributing to regulatory compliance and smooth legal operations across the entity. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and organise legal and corporate governance records, including board resolutions and regulatory filings. Support entity structuring and ongoing subsidiary management. Draft, review, and maintain records of NDAs, legal memos and corporate documents across asset classes. Assist in legal due diligence and investment transaction support. Conduct legal research and maintain internal legal know-how resources. Identify high-level regulatory issues and liaise with the relevant teams for resolution.
