You will play a key role in strategizing, planning, and implementing events, bringing together teams, vendors, and resources to create memorable experiences. Your creativity and organizational skills will be paramount in overseeing logistics, managing budgets, and coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality events that meet or exceed expectations. You will also be responsible for evaluating the success of each event, identifying areas for improvement, and utilizing feedback to enhance future projects. Your ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and handle pressure with grace will be crucial in this fast-paced, dynamic role. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive event and exhibition plans, timelines, and schedules. Coordinate logistics including location, transportation, and accommodation arrangements. Manage budgets, negotiate costs, and ensure financial objectives are met. Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional materials and campaigns. Source and liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for event services. Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of events and exhibitions. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations and guidelines. Utilize feedback and analytics to evaluate event success and performance. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Prepare detailed post-event reports, highlighting outcomes and future recommendations. Lead and motivate event staff, volunteers, and coordinators to ensure smooth operations. Continuously research industry trends to propose innovative event solutions. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred. Proven experience as an Events Coordinator or similar role for three years. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams. Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office suite. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings when necessary.
