Operation & Services Officer ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank Dubai, United Arab Emirates Job Description Role: Operations & Service Officer Location: Dubai Role Purpose: Handling branch operations including review, control & approval, sales and business acquisition, management of service delivery, staff management, and coordination. Key Responsibilities: Manage cash vault with dual control Provide cash to tellers, approve transactions, and manage overrides exceeding teller limits Manage branch cash within limits Process and reconcile daily inward and outward clearing transactions Review and correct teller transaction errors Review and approve work process documentation and reports related to deposit sales and services Ensure customer transactions comply with ADIB policies Sign on behalf of the bank within assigned limits Supervise operations work processes for compliance with policies and maintain audit standards Conduct monthly surprise cash vault checks and report exceptions Implement work process improvements Interact with customers for product sales and ensure service standards Monitor sales performance and set sales targets Coach sales staff to improve productivity and cross-selling Monitor and improve branch service standards and customer satisfaction Handle customer feedback, complaints, and account closures Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) Manage queue times and customer traffic capacity Maintain staff morale and relationships Coach and train staff, identify training needs Required Skills and Knowledge: Knowledge of ADIB products and services Understanding of branch operations and back-office functions Familiarity with ADIB policies and systems Knowledge of UAE Central Bank regulations Computer literacy Strong communication and presentation skills in English #J-18808-Ljbffr
