Role: Editor/Videographer Location: Duabi, UAE About the role: We are looking for a highly skilled Videographer & Video Editor to lead the shooting, editing, and post-production of social media video content. This role requires a keen eye for storytelling, expertise in AI-powered editing tools, and a strong grasp of platform-specific video formats (Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, Snapchat). This individual will work closely with content creators, brand managers, and the creative team to produce high-quality, trend-driven content efficiently. What you will be doing: Video Production & Editing Capture high-quality, dynamic video content for social media campaigns and brand storytelling. Utilize AI-powered editing tools to optimize efficiency. Proficient in video editing tools, including Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere. Maintain a streamlined post-production workflow, ensuring quick turnarounds for trend-driven content. Repurpose global brand assets with engaging, localized video content Operate and maintain DSLR equipment for professional-grade shoots, ensuring all gear is in optimal condition. Assist in setting up and optimizing a mini studio at the office for high-efficiency in-house content creation. Provide guidance to the Content Creator on best practices for video production, including framing, lighting, and sound optimization. Stay updated on new equipment and AI-driven video editing tools to continuously improve production quality and efficiency. Project & Time Management Manage 3 brands effectively, leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows and increase output. Support content planning by collaborating with the Content Creator to assess and finalize shoot locations based on feasibility and production needs. Assist in organizing and executing shoot logistics, ensuring efficient coordination of resources, equipment, and on-site requirements. Define structured SLAs for shoot timelines, post-production, and content delivery to ensure smooth project execution. Work collaboratively with content creators and social media strategists to maintain content consistency across all platforms. What you need to be great in this role: Proficiency in DSLR videography, lighting setups, and studio management. Strong skills in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Cap Cut, or AI-powered editing tools). Understanding of platform-specific video formats and best practices.
