Crypto space The company is seeking a professional with extensive knowledge of market making, internalization models, flow assessment tools, and execution tactics, including active hedging , from a user and risk management standpoin t. The ideal applicant will collaborate with our team to enhance our Order Management System (OMS) and Risk Management System (RMS) from a product standpoint. Create and leverage strategies to identify , analyze , and mitigate market risks based on institutional standards. Optimize market-making strategies, internalize models, and execution paradigms for faster, more efficient, and resilient results. Develop flow assessment tools and active hedging systems . Develop comprehensive give-up rules and models to meet Prime Brokerage (PB ) criteria. Work with product and technology teams to update the company’s OMS and RMS systems for effective market-making and risk management. 15 years of expertise, specializing in market-making and institutional risk management , including internalization models, flow assessment, and execution techniques . Familiarity with active hedging, give-up regulations , and handling Prime Brokerage obligations . A thorough understanding of global capital markets , exchange-traded instruments , and derivatives . Strong analytical abilities, including the ability to evaluate and improve risk management methods. Demonstrates strong communication and teamwork abilities, as well as the ability to handle risks effectively. Self-starter with excellent attention to detail who thrives in a fast-paced workplace.
