Please note that this position is commission-based with no salary! Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs. Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance on market trends and opportunities. Negotiate deals and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms for all parties. Stay up-to-date with real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions in the UAE. Collaborate with developers, landlords, and other agents to source exclusive projects and listings. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and property listings. Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. Desired Candidate Profile Experience in the real estate industry in the Dubai, UAE. Excellent customer service and sales skills. Strong negotiation and communication abilities. Knowledge of UAE real estate laws and regulations. Proficiency in managing client relationships effectively. Problem-solving and organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks. Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle. Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
