The EMEA Applications Communications and Engagement team manages executive communications, sales enablement, and employee experience programs that foster pride, determination, and customer focus. We seek an experienced internal communications manager based in Dubai to support our regional growth and develop innovative campaigns to engage our team in achieving regional goals. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Communications Director and stakeholders to develop and implement a multi-channel internal communications strategy. Manage strategic communication initiatives from conception to execution and reporting. Create digital assets and content for various channels, including announcements, Slack posts, presentations, templates, infographics, portal content, videos, and collateral. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years' experience managing communications projects and creating content for digital and traditional channels. Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Excellent writing skills. Strong project management capabilities.
