Graduate Trainee User Access Management UAM - Group Operations - is responsible for performing the User Management Functions of most of the IT Applications in Emirates NBD Group. The unit is also responsible for managing the TMK Keys as well as SWIFT RMA. Key Responsibilities: Receive, review and process access requests for company systems and applications, ensuring that they are accurate and complete. Verify user access rights and privileges based on defined policies and procedures. Grant, modify or revoke user access based on approved requests. Monitor and report on user access activity to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Participate in training and development activities to enhance knowledge and skills related to access management processing. Productivity: Analyse and assign the permissions to the users in various applications as per the approved request received. Support 24X7 HLP (high privileged password) management activities. (Including weekend / public holidays). Answer the IVR calls. Respond to user s queries and problems reported on access management. Service Delivery: Ensure that all user s request and issues are resolved within the set turnaround times as agreed with the Business Units. Compliance: Ensure that users are provided access as per their respective roles in line with the policies of the Bank. Adhere to the processes defined. Self-Development: Responsible for understanding/ learning user administration of all applications. Key Requirements : UAE National with Familybook Bachelor's degree or Diploma Good knowledge of IT system management Ability to learn new technologies quickly. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good command of English Excellent Operational skills Spreadsheets and analysis tools Assertive and polite Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
