Press Tab to Move to Skip to Content Link Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: Specialist Operational Media Date: Apr 6, 2025 Company: Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority Job Objective: Create and maintain a strong online presence for Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority (ADAA) and implement online communication strategies through social media accounts in accordance with policies and procedures and Abu Dhabi Government-wide communications guidelines. Key Responsibilities/Duties: Strategy and Planning Contribute to the development, implementation, and update of policies, procedures manual, delegation of authority, systems user manuals, and standard forms, ensuring alignment with ADAA’s policies. Assist in developing operational plans, budgets, and procurement strategies aligned with department objectives and ADAA’s mission. Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the section. Operations: Build and manage ADAA’s social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, You Tube, Snapchat) and identify other relevant channels. Create engaging content tailored for each platform to raise awareness. Monitor and engage with audiences, responding professionally to comments. Develop and implement a Social Media Content Calendar. Ensure timely publication of content. Analyze and report social media performance and impact against KPIs. Utilize appropriate hashtags, tags, and content strategies. Stay updated with social media trends and best practices. Ensure compliance with legal standards and ADAA policies. Create engaging multimedia content aligned with ADAA’s strategy. Monitor web traffic and report findings to management. Facilitate online stakeholder engagement and queries. Maintain social media account layouts and branding standards. Respect copyright laws and protect intellectual property rights. Talent Management and Development: Complete required training and certifications. Participate in performance reviews and meet KPIs. Stay informed on relevant updates and best practices. Share knowledge to enhance team capabilities. Support the development of UAE National employees and Emiratization objectives. Corporate: Ensure compliance with ADAA policies across departments. Prepare professional correspondence and maintain records. Support organizational units and employees as needed. Leverage ADAA technologies for efficiency. Uphold ADAA’s values, ethics, and conduct standards. Identify opportunities for process improvement and sustainability. Prepare accurate reports and statements. Comply with health and safety policies. General: Perform duties reflecting your academic and professional qualifications. Acquire necessary certificates within specified timelines. Perform tasks independently, seeking approval when delegation is needed. Promote teamwork, collaboration, and dedication.
