Your Role Build lasting relationships with clients with daily calls to potential landlords and sellers Generating new business via the companies database and through networking. Stay ahead of the curve by keeping your finger on the pulse of the latest property market trends, pricing strategies, and opportunities. Your insight will make you the expert clients trust. Negotiate like a pro, ensuring that both buyers and sellers walk away happy. You’ll drive the transaction process from start to finish, from the first conversation to the final signature. Use your marketing savvy to promote property listings across digital platforms, organize property tours, and host events that showcase our top properties. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to ensure your listings stand out. Ensure all contracts, agreements, and legal documents are expertly handled, compliant with regulations, and crystal clear for your clients. Continue to nurture relationships post-deal, ensuring client satisfaction and building a referral network that keeps you at the top of the market. Liaise with banks, mortgage consultants, surveyors, sales progressors and other real estate agencies during transactions. About You A results-oriented mindset with a track record of hitting (or exceeding!) sales targets. A deep understanding of the local real estate market and what’s happening in the world of property investment, development, and trends. You’ve got the finesse to close deals smoothly while ensuring all parties walk away satisfied. An excellent work ethic, strong interpersonal skills and a supportive team player What We Offer..
