Business Development Executive – Freight

Present and sell full range of MFC’s Freight products and services to current and potential clients. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity. Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned. Prepare proposals based on the customer requirements. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships. Identify and resolve client concerns. Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate department Managers. Liaise with customer services team to ensure we achieve customer’s satisfaction. Prepare pre-plans and update Customer Management system after each sales visit. Liaise with credit control department and follow-up for collection of payment. Ensure KPIs and budget as defined by Management are achieved. Participate in sales meetings, attend trade exhibitions in UAE. Desired Candidate Profile Education: Essential to have a Bachelor's degree, Desirable to have a Master's degree in Marketing/Sales. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years sales experience in Freight Forwarding industry. Skills: - Freight forwarding knowledge in Multimodal Transportation, Good knowledge of Project Cargo Sales, Having worked with clients in the construction sector is considered a strong advantage , Commercial acumen, Eloquent spoken and written communication.
