You'll manage property listings, conduct viewings, and close deals, all while delivering top-notch customer service. Key Responsibilities: Understand and meet clients’ property needs. Create and manage listings for high-end properties in JVC. Conduct property viewings, emphasizing key features. Negotiate deals and ensure smooth transactions. Stay informed about market trends within the JVC area. Qualifications: Strong communication and negotiation skills. RERA certification is a plus. 50% commission on successful deals.
