Network engineer

Overview of the role: Leading the implementation team in delivering site supervision of IT, ELV, and AV infrastructure projects, assisting the project manager, and working with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery until handover. The Project Engineer focuses on implementing pre-designed systems at customer locations under the Project Manager's direction, with supervisory responsibilities over the onsite team. What You Will Do: Plan work and organize site facilities to meet deadlines. Perform implementation of ICT/ELV/AV projects at customer sites. Manage site activities, supervise onsite workforce. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, authorities, and other stakeholders. Manage project documentation and ensure proper archiving. Review design plans and drawings for accuracy and compatibility. Participate in design reviews and coordinate change management. Guide designers/draftsmen in preparing shop drawings and plans. Provide technical guidance to installation and commissioning teams. Ensure implementation complies with standards and safety regulations. Manage inventory and material delivery. Supervise testing and commissioning activities. Generate variations and coordinate proposals. Report project progress and issues to line management. Assist in project estimation and claims submission. Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in ICT/ELV/AV installation and commissioning. Relevant technical certifications. Knowledge of industry standards, practices, and codes. Experience with network implementation, troubleshooting, and system integration. Basic Auto CAD skills. Construction management experience. Behavioral Competencies: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Teamwork, professionalism, and time management. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in IT, Communication, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Proficiency in MS Office.
