As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team and support our marketing department in driving growth and engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies for both B2C and B2B audiences. Plan, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns; monitor and analyze performance metrics. Manage email marketing initiatives focused on customer engagement and retention. Coordinate with influencers, partners, and PR teams for collaborations, activations, and events. Assist in the creation of branding materials and organize marketing assets. Track marketing budgets and maintain organized records of spending and performance. Support daily marketing operations to ensure smooth team workflow and execution. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in a marketing role (e.g., Digital Marketing, Marketing Executive). Proven experience in the FMCG or F&B industry. Familiarity with B2B marketing and customer engagement. Demonstrated success in executing results-driven marketing campaigns. Proficient in tools such as Klaviyo, Canva, Miro, or similar platforms. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Creative thinker with the energy and drive to deliver high-impact results. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within the marketing team. Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving measurable outcomes. Full-time role, based in Dubai Silicon Oasis. Must be based in the UAE (Immediate joiners will be prioritized).
