Program Director - Nursing

Provide academic leadership and oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of the program. Ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and UAE regulatory requirements. Managing faculty recruitment, mentoring, and professional development initiatives. Fostering partnerships with healthcare institutions to offer clinical training opportunities. Overseeing student admissions, academic advising, and program assessments. Teaching undergraduate nursing courses, particularly focusing on adult health nursing and related specialties. Developing and implementing innovative teaching strategies to enhance student learning. Supervising student research projects and clinical placements. Engaging in research activities and contributing to high-impact peer-reviewed publications. Desired Candidate Profile General Conditions: Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience within nursing programs. At least 2 years of administrative experience in a leadership role (Program Director, Chair, or equivalent). Strong research profile with evidence of high-impact publications in the specialty. Familiarity with curriculum development and accreditation processes in the UAE is preferred. Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English. Strong organizational and leadership abilities, with a commitment to nursing education excellence. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively.
