You will work closely with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, conduct market research, and exceed sales targets. Responsibilities Proactively find opportunities for business growth by securing the development of the existing portfolio, while acquiring new accounts. Entertain and conduct hotel inspections with partners. Engage in weekly sales activities to ensure continuous business growth (Sales Calls, Site Inspections, Entertainment, Sales Blitz). Assist in conducting extensive competitor research and maintaining excellent product knowledge of the hotel. Understand the needs of DMC/Tour Operators to build “win-win strategic partnerships”. Liaise and work closely with related operational departments to meet guest expectations. Achieve personal sales targets. Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and hotel policies. Assist the team with any support they require. Maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships. Keep all employees updated on hotel product knowledge, current promotions, policy changes, and internal communications. Develop the skills and abilities of Sales Executives through training, coaching, and mentoring. Previous experience in proactive sales is preferred. Experience as a Sales Executive is advantageous. Demonstrate good team development and leadership skills. Be computer literate. Possess good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Exhibit excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills. Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines. Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and regulations. Driving License is preferred.
